The Top 5 Meeting Rooms To Hire In London

Not every deal is made in the office, and many times you have to travel to big cities to secure new clients. However, if your office is miles away, where are you supposed to meet them? Sure, you can head to a coffee shop, but this may seem a bit informal and loud. Of course, you can take them to a nice restaurant, but this will cost you more than you want. So, what is the solution you can use?

Luckily, meeting rooms are in all of the major cities, and this includes London. They provide a formal and quiet setting where you can impress prospective clients and business partners.

If you’re heading to England’s capital soon for business and want to hire a London meeting room, then you may want to consider one of the five we have found for you.

House of Transformation

Getting a big team together and need a sleek, modern space to meet up in London? Then House of Transformation may be the space for you. Located in Hoxton, East London, this great location is the perfect space for any of your business needs. Whether you need to set up a corporate photo shoot, organise a team-building workshop, or put together a networking dinner for new clients, this place has it all.

The House of Transformation meeting room comes with everything you need and is deeply inspired by nature, providing a calm environment for you to enjoy. There is a 3m wide screen and daytime projector, ensuring you can see all your slides even when the sun is shining into the room. The high-speed internet means you don’t have to worry about slow meetings, and there are plenty of comfortable seats for people to sit back and relax.

This is no typical London meeting room, as there are six fantastic break-out spaces and a unique communal outdoor courtyard. Instead of feeling stressed about an upcoming meeting, you can feel calm and collected with up to 30 other people feeling the same thing as you.

Purple Patch

If you don’t need a massive designated room like other meeting rooms in London, then you will want to head to Purple Patch. It has been designed to provide people with a place to work, host meetings, or woo any potential clients. Most rooms come with several different meeting areas, so you can save money by sharing the room with other people at the same time. Whether you want to book with them for an hour, or a month, the options are endless.

Located in the heart of Clerkenwell in East London, you will no doubt be super productive and confident when you host a meeting in Purple Patch. This building has been designed to help many different businesses grow, no matter how much time you want to spend with them. There are experts around to help if you ever need assistance, and they will be right on hand if you experience any technical issues.

Purple Patch also comes with various services for you to make the most of when you host a meeting with them. You can grab colour proofs, prints, flat-bed scanning, and other display graphics that will help your presentation stand out.

The Big One

Are you part of a business that doesn’t take itself too seriously and wants to host meetings in a place that is vibrant and full of life? Then you will definitely want to book a session in one of The Big One’s bespoke meeting rooms. Packed with colour and personality, you can fit a ton of people, including up to 38 seats and up to 50 standing in one of these fantastic rooms and bring your visions to life.

Based in The Corner London City and near Aldgate East Station, it is super easy for you, your team, and prospective clients to find one of The Big One meeting rooms. What you want to host there is also entirely up to you and your creativity. You may host an all-day meeting to go over ideas, organise a networking event, or sit down and talk with a client.

The Big One also comes with a wide range of amenities which can take your meetings to the next level. There is complimentary filtered water to keep your speaking voice sharp, strong WiFi so you can present your ideas as quickly as possible, and a helpful team if you ever face any technical problems.

Landmark: Gresham Street

For something a little bit more professional, modern, and neutral, the Landmark at Gresham Street should provide you with everything you’re looking for. Located right around the corner from The Bank of England, this space has been designed for ultimate productivity no matter why you are using one of the rooms. The temperature is balanced no matter what time of year it is, and there are some beautifully designed and super comfortable seats for you and your clients.

The Landmark may be a little more costly than some of the other meeting spaces, but you certainly get what you pay for. You also don’t have to book months in advance, so if you have a last-minute meeting or need somewhere to work in peace for a few hours, you can book with only 12 hours' notice. Open between 9 am to 6 pm each day, you can easily host a networking event in one of the rooms that take up the entire work day.

There are two rooms available that you can book: The Coleman or Winchester. They both come with strong WiFi, a projector and screen, and plenty of natural sunlight. The Coleman offers a table that will sit up to eight people, whereas the Winchester allows you to have a room with up to ten people.

The Office Group: The Shard

The Shard is the tallest building in London, coming in at 310 m. Therefore, it is no surprise that it has breathtaking views you won’t find anywhere else. That’s why hiring a meeting room in The Shard, as part of The Office Group, provides scenery like no other professional space in the city. Once you’ve hosted a meeting or worked in one of these beautiful rooms, it’ll stay in your memory forever.

As you enter one of the workspaces of The Office Group, you’ll be met with a warm and comforting interior. It makes any meeting enjoyable, and you’ll feel as though you are relaxing while being extremely productive. Equipped with many amenities, you can sit in the lounge, charge your laptop or phone while you wait for your meeting, and then head into the versatile event space.

Privacy is no issue in The Office Group, and you can even take a private phone call in one of the phone booths. When it is time to take a break between presentations, you can also head to the kitchen equipped with water, coffee, and artisan teas. All you have to do to enjoy these services is choose one of the eleven rooms and book it per hour.
