What is a professional property manager?

A professional property manager manages homes, apartments etc and they have a registered business in this industry. TrustedStays takes this one step further by requiring all property partners to be registered or to register to STAA or the UKAA and to adhere to their code of conduct.

What is Accreditation?

This is a requirement for all TrustedStays properties. Our partners much have their properties accredited by a 3rd party. The accreditation process ensures that a property meets health and safety standards. Given that many of our buyers have a duty of care to uphold, this is extremely important and ensures that the properties their staff or clients are staying in are safe.
