What is TrustedStays?

TrustedStays is a corporate booking platform offering professionally managed, accredited accommodation across the UK. Backed by industry associations including the UKAA and STAA, we’re an approved supplier to the UK Government via the Crown Commercial Service. Our platform connects travellers with high-quality homes, serviced apartments, and apart-hotels that meet strict standards of safety and service.

Who manages the properties?

We work only with trusted operators who are members of an industry body. Every property is managed by a professional supplier and must be quality-assured by TrustedStays or accredited by a third-party organisation. This means you can book with confidence.

Who handles my reservation?

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you’ll be introduced to your host, who will manage your stay from pre-check-in through to post-check-out.

Why do I need to pay upfront?

Upfront payment secures your reservation. For longer stays (over 2 months), we may be able to offer a payment plan—just get in touch to discuss your options.

Are there extra fees like cleaning charges or security deposits?

Many suppliers charge a separate cleaning fee to keep accommodation costs transparent. Security deposits may also apply and are managed directly by the supplier, not TrustedStays. These details will be listed, but if in doubt, contact us before booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments via our website. BACS transfers can be arranged for bookings made in advance but are not available for last-minute stays. If you need to pay by invoice, please contact us. We do not accept PayPal.

Can I pay monthly for a longer stay?

Yes—if your booking is over 2 months, we may be able to arrange monthly payments. Please contact us directly to set this up.

Do you offer discounts for emergency workers?

Some of our suppliers offer a 10% discount for keyworkers (e.g. Blue Light Card holders). Please contact us to see if this is available for your chosen property.
