What is TrustedStays?

TrustedStays is a vetted short-term rental platform built specifically for corporate travel. We provide fully self-contained accommodation across the UK that meets high standards for duty of care, security, and quality – all bookable via the Global Distribution System (GDS), online via our website or directly through our team.

What type of properties do you list?

We offer a wide range of quality-assured accommodation options, ideal for corporate and extended stays, relocations, or project-based travel. All our properties include a separate entrance, private kitchen facilities and bathroom. Property types can include:

  • Apartments
    Serviced Apartments
    Aparthotels
    Houses

Do you only operate in the UK?

We currently list properties across the UK – including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. While our portfolio is UK-based for now, we have plans to expand into Europe soon. Despite this, we already welcome guests from around the world.

How many properties do you have?

Our inventory is constantly growing. In London alone, we have over 1,000 units available, with thousands more across the UK.

Are you available to book via the Global Distribution System?

Yes. TrustedStays properties are available to book through the GDS via Amadeus and distributing to Sabre, Travelport, Worldspan, Galileo and Pegasus. If you need help sourcing or curating options, we provide up to date information on our rate codes here.

Can I book directly?

Yes. You can browse and book directly on our website here. Some properties are available for instant book, otherwise, you can get in touch with our team, and we can source the best options for you.

Do you support RFPs or long-term projects?

Absolutely. We work with corporates and travel agencies to source properties for project work, relocations and longer-term bookings. Contact us for bespoke support.

How can I make payment?

We accept:

  • Credit Cards (including Virtual Cards)
  • BACS / Invoice (payment due within 30 days of booking)

How much do properties cost?

TrustedStays properties are available at a range of price points to suit different budgets. In London, rates start from £60 per night for a studio apartment, with plenty of mid-range and luxury options also available. Outside of London, rates can be even more affordable.

How are prices set?

Pricing is set by each supplier and can follow either a dynamic model – adjusting based on seasonality and demand – or a static rate, which is fixed and often preferred for corporate bookings.

Can I get a discount for longer stays?

Yes. Many of our property partners offer weekly or monthly discounts, either automatically or on request. If you're booking an extended stay or looking for specific budget options, get in touch with our team at reservationsdesk@trustedstays.co.uk – not all properties are visible on the website, and we’re happy to help you find the best fit.

What is a professional property manager?

  • All listings are operated by verified property professionals. They must have a registered business and be a member of a recognised trade body like:

    STAA (Short Term Accommodation Association)
    ARL (Association of Rental Living)

What quality assurance do your properties go through?

  • All properties listed on TrustedStays must meet our strict quality criteria. Many also choose to gain independent accreditation through:

    Quality in Tourism (QiT)
  • Visit Britain
  • ISAAP
  •

These accreditations are visible on each listing and demonstrate commitment to high standards and duty of care.

What time is check-in?

This varies by supplier – you’ll find the check-in time on the listing or booking confirmation. Guests may need to pre-book their slot to ensure housekeeping and access can be arranged.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by supplier, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days prior to check-in. Always check the listing or ask us directly.

What is your minimum or maximum length of stay?

We have suppliers who offer 1 night’s minimum stays and others who offer up to 180 nights maximum. Our average length of stay is around 10 nights (as of Jul, 2025).
