Why list with TrustedStays? How are we different from OTAs?

We focus exclusively on business and professional travel, serving trusted buyers like NHS, government, major travel agents, and corporate clients. Unlike Online Travel Agencies, we prioritise health & safety, verified properties, and duty of care, ensuring your listings get seen by serious, vetted travellers.

What types of guests book through TrustedStays?

We serve professional business travellers, including government officials, relocations, insurance, finance, manufacturing, education, and more. Plus, big travel agents (Amex GBT, Internova, BCD Travel) and smaller independents all rely on us for bespoke accommodation solutions.

What types of properties do you list?

Homes, Serviced Apartments, Holiday Homes, and Apart-Hotels—self-contained with kitchens and private bedrooms. We do not list hotel rooms or shared rooms in private homes.

What is accreditation and why does it matter?

Accreditation confirms your property meets essential health and safety standards. We carry out baseline compliance checks to quality-assure our suppliers. Those wanting to go the extra mile can get accredited via third party company (Quality in Tourism, Visit Britan, ISAAP). This gives your property the credibility and trust that corporate travellers require to book a stay.

How do I list my property with TrustedStays?

We offer multiple access points:

  • We have an Open API that you can build into, our documentation can be found here.
  • You can integrate with one of our connecting PMS partners
  • We also integrate with Amadeus and distribute inventory on the Global Distribution System, find out more here.

What sort of guests do we attract? 

We started with NHS homes and still work with NHS and Crown Commercial Service. We have housed a broad range of industries: Relocations, Insurance, Finance, Manufacturing, Arts, Government, Education, Retail, Transport, Real Estate—and direct corporate clients like London & Partners and Kings College London.

What commission or rebate do you offer?

Commission is negotiated case-by-case and dependent on what TrustedStays services you require, contact hello@trustedstays.co.uk to discuss your commercial needs and find the right match.

How much do your properties list for?

We cover a wide range of properties. Suppliers can choose Dynamic nightly rates (seasonal) or Static rates, and some offer length-of-stay discounts. There is also flexibility to be enquiry-only or instantly bookable. 

What is STAA?

The Short-Term Accommodation Association (STAA) is the UK trade body representing short-term rentals and serviced apartments. We partner with STAA to support industry standards and growth. They offer membership to operators, providing guidance, resources, and a collective voice for the sector. As a recognised STAA partner, TrustedStays is a trusted route to market for their members—offering a credible, accredited platform for distribution.

What is ARL?

The Association for Rental Living (ARL) represents the Build-to-Rent and professionally managed rental sector in the UK. TrustedStays is a proud ARL partner. ARL offers membership, support, and resources to BTR operators, and they recognise us as a trusted distribution partner for short-term stays. This partnership reinforces the legitimacy of our model and connects their members to professional, compliant booking channels.

What is Quality in Tourism?

Quality in Tourism (QiT) is our preferred accreditation partner, providing independent assessments to ensure properties meet key standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. Their accreditation helps build trust with our corporate and government buyers and supports suppliers in maintaining high operational standards.

What is industry membership?

 All of our suppliers must have an industry membership to list with TrustedStays. Our partners are ARL and STAA. These bodies support industry growth and help tackle sector challenges.

Who manages the guest?

Suppliers manage guests directly since they deliver the service.
