Those wanting to go the extra mile can get accredited via third party company (Quality in Tourism, Visit Britan, ISAAP). We cover a wide range of properties. Suppliers can choose Dynamic nightly rates (seasonal) or Static rates, and some offer length-of-stay discounts. There is also flexibility to be enquiry-only or instantly bookable.
The Short-Term Accommodation Association (STAA) is the UK trade body representing short-term rentals and serviced apartments. We partner with STAA to support industry standards and growth.
