Because of its very central location, there is no such thing as free parking. But we did our best to ensure all our guests will have everything they need when staying here, so we can provide our own discounted parking ticket, which will reduce the usual St David's Car Park fee of £24/day to only £4/day!
If you do require this, please let me know to prepare accordingly.
Because this is our only ticket, if you lose it, you will be charged £100 for it.

The flat is fitted with a secure electronic, keyless access system, meaning there is no need to collect keys or fobs, and there will never be a delay at check-in or any late check-in fees! 24-hour check-in is available at no additional cost.

Check-in times start at 3 pm. There are no extra charges if you wish to check in late.
Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check out outside these hours please let me know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

HOUSE RULES

➡Smoking is not allowed inside the property
➡No additional guests other than those listed in the booking
➡CCTV and surveillance are operational within the outdoor areas of the apartment.
➡ If guests are found to violate these rules, a 24/7 security team will be called out and you will be asked to leave. Your deposit will be forfeited as well as the rest of your stay without any reimbursements. A fine up to £2,000 may be applied.

➡Guests will be asked to send a photo ID, a driver's licence or a passport, prior to their arrival. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking.

➡This is a pet-friendly apartment. Please let me know prior to your booking if you have a pet so I can prepare accordingly it. There will also be an additional one-time fee of £25 per pet.

➡Our aim is to provide a fantastic service to respectful & polite guests so please consider this when booking.

➡Security Deposit
A deposit of GBP 250 is required. You will be reimbursed after check-out.
