Two doors on the left side facing the TV reveal a storage room, while an adjacent door leads to the ground floor bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen is particularly convenient for those working away from home, providing a cost-effective alternative to dining out.

When relaxation is in order, the house offers three bedrooms. Bedroom 1, the largest in the property, boasts a King-size Zip & Link bed that can be split into two single beds and includes its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a comfortable double bed, and Bedroom 3 provides two single beds.
