Cedar Place is a modern 4 bedroom detached house with a large private drive and garden, providing the perfect place to stay in Southwell for families, larger groups and those working in the area. A great alternative to staying at a bed & breakfast or a hotel, it's your own fully equipped home from home! Cedar Place is less than a mile from the centre of Southwell and offers self-catering accommodation for up to 8 guests, available to book for a minimum stay of 2 nights or more (longer minimum stays apply for school holiday dates).
Make yourselves at home in the lovely, comfortable lounge with a large SMART TV and a DAB music system. This leads through to the light and airy kitchen with dining area, next to patio doors that open onto the fully enclosed, private rear garden, complete with garden shelter. Take the staircase up to the first floor where you'll find 3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with twin beds and another with a single bed, with a trundle bed available to accommodate an extra guest. The main bathroom with an oversized bath, large shower enclosure and twin sinks is also on this floor.
A further staircase takes you up to the second floor where the final bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room is found.
