This Beautiful Property really does speak for itself! Boasting a Nautical and Cosy space it is perfect for Families, Couples or Small groups looking for a comfortable stay here in Mumbles. The house features an open plan Living/Dining area where you can enjoy talk the night away together or just simply relax and put the TV. Both Bedrooms are large Double Bedrooms which host a Beautiful Sea view and a view of the Back Garden. Aswell as having two Double Bedrooms we also can provide a cot for any families travelling with children. Both Bathrooms really are impressive hosting walk in showers with His and Hers sinks.
When visiting this property you will be provided with Fresh Linen, Towel and all essential toiletries to use within the property.
If you are travelling on business or looking to book an extended time in the City this property offers superfast broadband and a range of spaces to suit all your working needs.
This Property really is a show stopper along the Heart of Mumbles Road hosting a view of the entire Ocean through its oversized bay windows. For any recommendations in and around the area please do not hesitate to ask we will be more than happy to suggest a few of our most loved spots.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
